MEA Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all revenue generating activities including prospecting, presenting, and closing new business
• Develop robust customer-centric sales strategies to retain, grow, and gain new business
• Develop and manage contract P&L and OI of customer portfolios
• Uncover customer business challenges and provide insights on industry trends
• Identify customer needs and leverage Ecolab solutions to create and capture value
• Collaborate with corporate accounts finance and legal to ensure profitability and compliance
• Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained growth for the division
• Lead and manage a team of 8-10 direct reports
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of CAMs
• Drive a 'safety first' culture and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10 years of foodservice or hospitality industry sales experience
