About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC targeting iGaming audiences
- Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROMI and player acquisition
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad assets
- Stay updated on platform policies, especially those affecting iGaming
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Manage and scale UAC campaigns including creative asset feeds
- Monitor competitors and market trends across paid social and Google
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, or Google UAC
- Experience with LATAM markets preferred
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads/UAC, Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Experience with acquisition tools such as Keitaro, Voluum, WebView Apps, Cloak Flow, PWA Apps, AdHearts, or AppsFlyer
- Understanding of marketing metrics like CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, and ROMI
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $50,000+
