Media Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Beno's creative vision and visual identity framework across all luxury verticals
• Plan and oversee the full production pipeline including pre-production, shooting, and post-production
• Direct and film shoots (videography) and capture photography
• Edit and supervise editing of short-form reels, promotional videos, and cinematic brand films
• Manage the media department team, including videographers, editors, and photographers
• Manage production budgets, equipment rentals, and media data management
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and external partners for shoots and events

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative direction and content production in luxury or lifestyle environments
• Strong hands-on skills in videography, video editing, and photography
• Command of professional editing software and AI-assisted production tools
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple simultaneous productions
• Strong storytelling, aesthetic judgment, and attention to detail
• Solid production planning, budgeting, and coordination skills
