Medical Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical brands and products through hospital and pharmacy accounts.
• Generate demand via medical visits to selected specialties, specifically focusing on Gynecology.
• Plan and execute regular physician visits using professional selling and product detailing techniques.
• Achieve sales targets and distribution goals while ensuring product availability at the point of sale.
• Identify marketing opportunities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market developments.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
• Manage administrative tasks including daily call reports, sales analysis, and quarterly presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related subject from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in hospital sales within the UAE.
• Specific experience working with private hospitals in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong therapeutic background in Gynecology.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Sales and Marketing.
