Medical Representative, Dubai

Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals to promote Ferring products following the set marketing strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including doctors and hospitals
• Participate in local, regional, and international scientific congresses
• Track prescription habits and monitor product perception and potential
• Provide accurate and updated product information to healthcare professionals
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, public tenders, and health authority instructions
• Propose and organize territory activities such as clinical sessions and congress invitations
• Manage assigned budget to ensure return on investment
• Monitor sales performance and product consumption in pharmacies and hospitals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
• Strong experience in the Dubai/UAE pharmaceutical market
• Proven experience working with Gastroenterologists (GI specialists)
• Experience in Key Account Management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong relationships with hospitals, purchasers, and healthcare professionals
• Proficient in English and Arabic
• Valid driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GI/Gastroenterology products
• Experience in private healthcare, tenders, and public sector markets
• Experience in tender follow-up, contracting, and commercial negotiations
• Existing network within key healthcare accounts in Dubai
