Medical Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pet health and large animal products
• Promote veterinary pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, vaccines, and pet care products
• Conduct regular visits to pet clinics, veterinary hospitals, pet shops, and livestock, camel, cattle and poultry farms across assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, clinic owners, purchasing managers, and pet shop managers
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches
• Provide product training and technical support to clinic staff when required
• Ensure proper product display and brand visibility in retail outlets
• Manage customer database and update CRM records regularly
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and pipeline updates
• Follow up on payments and support credit control process
• Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pet health and large animal market trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Veterinary degree (e.g., DVM or equivalent)
• Experience within the UAE pet health / veterinary market / livestock, camel and poultry sectors
• Strong sales and marketing capabilities
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English
• UAE driving license is required
