About the role
Responsibilities
- Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
- Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in German is required
- Medical degree (MD, DO) or a master’s/PhD in a health sciences field
- Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, or evidence-based medicine
- Strong metacognitive communication skills to "show your work"
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical experience
- Peer-reviewed publications
- Hospital-based practice experience
- Public health project involvement
What we look for
- Fluency in German
