Requirements

  • Fluent or native-level German
  • Proficiency with phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Strong communication skills and independence
  • Access to a quiet workspace, stable internet, and a headset
  • Sales, SDR, or appointment booking experience is a plus but not required

Benefits

  • €12/hour base salary
  • €40–€60 per qualified booked appointment
  • Target monthly income of over €3,000 possible
  • No commission cap
