Responsibilities
- Contact warm and cold B2B leads
- Schedule qualified appointments for client sales teams
- Represent innovative tech brands in SaaS, AI, and software sectors
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level German
- Proficiency with phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong communication skills and independence
- Access to a quiet workspace, stable internet, and a headset
- Sales, SDR, or appointment booking experience is a plus but not required
Benefits
- €12/hour base salary
- €40–€60 per qualified booked appointment
- Target monthly income of over €3,000 possible
- No commission cap
- Sales scripts, training, and tools provided
