About the role
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls throughout the member journey
- Schedule members with occupational therapists and send appointment reminders
- Keep members informed on projects with timely updates and clear next steps
- Handle all inbound member communication, including callback requests
- Document every interaction accurately and on time in the internal CRM
- Respond to health plan and referral partners with clear, professional writing
- Participate in call reviews and coaching
Requirements
- 2+ years in a high call volume, customer-facing role
- Ability to build rapport and communicate with empathy
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfort working remotely in a tech-heavy environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, managed care, home health, or social services
- Familiarity with Medicaid or waiver programs
- Spanish language proficiency
