Member Experience Executive

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, delivering a friendly and professional front-desk experience
• Handle check-ins, membership inquiries, and general member requests
• Support membership sign-ups, renewals, and administrative processes
• Address member questions and escalate issues to management when needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and club area

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front-desk role
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Comfortable using membership management or POS systems
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
