- Focus on data licensing, technology transactions, and marketing contracts
- Support vendor and partnership agreements, statements of work, and NDAs
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate legal risk into actionable business guidance

- Significant experience with sophisticated commercial and technology agreements
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly asynchronous environment
- Excellent legal judgment and adaptability
