About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and execute venture financings, corporate governance, and transaction closings
- Manage equity administration and maintain corporate records
- Draft legal documents and coordinate signatures
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, self-service tools, and automations to streamline legal processes
- Build scalable systems for recurring legal needs
Requirements
- Experience as a corporate paralegal or junior attorney with law firm training
- Hands-on experience in venture transactions
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment
- Strong organizational skills and professional judgment
- Genuine interest in AI and workflow automation
