About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and growth for the Fitness First club
- Engage with potential members through lead generation and outreach
- Conduct club tours and present membership options
- Manage the sales pipeline and close membership agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high member retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales-driven role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment
