About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in all operations of the ReConnect membership program
- Provide information regarding fitness classes, pool day passes, and membership offerings
- Manage guest check-ins to facilities and assist with retail sales
- Handle payment collection and prepare membership agreements
- Maintain membership database and records
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve guest issues or concerns
- Consolidate monthly reporting of all membership activities
Requirements
- High School diploma, vocational training, or 1 year of work experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Russian language proficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of personal grooming and cleanliness
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Previous experience in a fitness center
- CPR and First Aid certification
