About the role
Responsibilities
- Support landowner members from enrollment through ongoing program participation
- Provide day-to-day administrative, communications, agreement, CRM, reporting, and payment support
- Collaborate with Membership Advisors, Finance, Legal, Forestry, and GIS teams to ensure high standards
Requirements
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain accurate records in a remote environment
