Responsibilities

• Dedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
• Participate in two 30-min weekly check-ins
• Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account for 2+ accounts weekly across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Source, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media
• Craft platform-optimized captions and post copy
• Strategically leverage content databases including CapCut templates and trending sounds
• Monitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and audience engagement patterns
• Collaborate with team members and Content leadership
