Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
• Assess symptoms and develop treatment plans, including prescribing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience
• Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
