About the role
About the Company
Pomelo Care is the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, providing care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We combine proactive, 24/7 clinical care with technology to deliver personalized care throughout the patient journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
- Assess symptoms and develop treatment plans, including prescribing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience
- Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
