Mentorship Program Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mentor Operations Lead and Junior Operations Coordinator to ensure KPI tracking and efficient mentor allocation
• Manage end-to-end student journeys for Explorer, Researcher, and Innovator program tiers
• Act as the primary escalation contact for students, families, and mentors to resolve conflicts
• Implement outcome plans to increase student success rates in publications and competitions
• Analyze operational data and NPS to identify service gaps and implement automated workflows
• Coordinate with Academic and Scientific Review Committees on AI policies and academic integrity

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in education, mentoring, or youth development
• At least 2 years of experience directly overseeing teams
• Familiarity with academic writing, citation standards, and the journal publication process
• Knowledge of international education systems and US/UK college admissions
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
• Advanced English proficiency and strong de-escalation skills
