Merchant Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach potential merchants in physical store locations to introduce services and benefits
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with merchants to position offerings as valuable solutions
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations and address merchant concerns to secure partnerships
• Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and merchant feedback
• Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• Strong Arabic and English communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Stakeholder management skills and CRM proficiency
• Highly energetic and proactive
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• UAE driver's license is mandatory
