About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential merchants at physical store locations
- Build and nurture merchant relationships to position Tamara's offerings
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and address merchant concerns
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activity and merchant feedback
- Guide interested merchants through application and onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Strong Arabic and English communication and persuasion skills
- Organized, with strong attention to detail
- Stakeholder management and CRM proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- UAE driver's license required
