Responsibilities
- Help build programs for managing large numbers of merchants through automations and playbooks
- Drive success through proactive outreach to merchants for consultation and mentoring on subscription best practices
- Help drive contract renewals
- Assist in ongoing quality assurance and testing of new features and documentation to drive merchant adoption
- Assist in accounting and collections as required
