About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and run scaled onboarding, audit calls, and automated email campaigns
- Manage the first 90 days of merchant onboarding to ensure rapid activation
- Create educational resources, video tutorials, and best-practice guides
- Monitor merchant health metrics and implement proactive churn mitigation
- Drive product adoption by showing merchants how to leverage core features for ROI
- Build a library of self-service resources to empower merchants
Requirements
- 1-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales Dev, or Tech Support
- Experience within the subscription or Shopify ecosystem
- Comfort using automation tools like Planhat for email sequencing
- Ability to write clear, punchy, and actionable guidance
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for building Shopify stores or subscription experiences
- Deep network within the Shopify Plus partner ecosystem
- Previous experience as a Skio user
- Experience building processes from scratch in a startup environment
