About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts and multi-threaded executive relationships
- Lead onboarding, adoption, executive business reviews and renewal strategy
- Own the expansion cycle, including upsell and cross-sell with Sales
- Translate customer feedback into product requests and coordinate escalations
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success or strategic account management in B2B SaaS
- Proven record of driving retention, renewals and expansion against revenue goals
- Strong consultative and commercial skills with executive stakeholders
- Analytical judgment using customer health and product usage data
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction technology, accounts receivable or construction finance experience
- Multi-stakeholder ERP or finance implementation experience
