Middle Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical questions and metrics
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of revenue performance, customer behavior, and retention
• Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities to provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain reliable data models and datasets using SQL and dbt
• Build and improve Tableau dashboards for performance monitoring
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and monitoring
• Take ownership of analytical projects from requirements to presentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews
• Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Tableau
• Experience building dashboards and automated reporting
• Understanding of business metrics and descriptive statistics
• Experience conducting end-to-end analysis
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks
• Experience with dbt, Git, or Python is an advantage
• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
