About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical questions and metrics
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of revenue performance, customer behavior, and retention
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities to provide actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain reliable data models and datasets using SQL and dbt
- Build and improve Tableau dashboards for performance monitoring
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and monitoring
- Take ownership of analytical projects from requirements to presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews
- Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
- Hands-on experience with Tableau
- Experience building dashboards and automated reporting
- Understanding of business metrics and descriptive statistics
- Experience conducting end-to-end analysis
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks
- Experience with dbt, Git, or Python is an advantage
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
