Middle Procurement Specialist (6 month contract)

Responsibilities

• Drive cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives through vendor negotiations and license optimization
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and conduct total cost of ownership analyses
• Own the complete purchase lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to resolve contract bottlenecks
• Manage subscription renewals and administrative records in 1C ERP and Jira
• Act as a commercial advisor to internal teams regarding procurement limits and workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on procurement experience managing indirect categories
• Proven track record of negotiating favorable commercial terms and SLA structures
• Strong working knowledge of 1C ERP, Jira, and advanced Google Sheets
• Practical understanding of commercial contract terms and cross-functional sign-off workflows
• Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain
• Experience negotiating SaaS, IT, or digital service contracts
• Background in optimizing or automating procurement processes
