Middle Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and sales cycle length
• Build and maintain dashboards for sales teams to track pipeline, conversions, and revenue
• Support sales stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses and metric investigations
• Track conversion between sales funnel stages and identify bottlenecks
• Collaborate with sales and unit economics teams to align metric definitions and data models
• Improve data quality and reduce inconsistencies across reports

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics with a focus on sales analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Practical experience with sales KPI frameworks and pipeline analysis
• Ability to create actionable data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset to turn data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM data and sales funnel analysis
• Experience with DBT or other data transformation tools
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis or automation
