Responsibilities
- Facilitate the Situation Analysis Tool (SAT) process with participating countries and territories
- Consolidate stakeholder inputs and complete the assessment
- Deliver the final report and presentation
- Build on Rapid Assessment Tool outputs and draft action plans from the 2026 Ankara conference
