Minibar Attendant

Responsibilities

• Replenish guest room minibars according to daily schedules
• Check expiry dates, product presentation and cleanliness of minibar equipment
• Record minibar consumption accurately and submit charges promptly
• Report maintenance issues or damaged minibar equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of minibar storage and pantry areas
• Collect and organize stock from the storeroom following FIFO procedures
• Report stock shortages or discrepancies to the Minibar In Charge
• Respect guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures when entering rooms
• Follow HACCP, hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Provide courteous service when interacting with guests

Requirements

• Minimum one year of previous Minibar experience in a luxury hotel
• Excellent F&B knowledge including Wine, Spirits, liqueurs and Cigars
• Good knowledge of inventory control and POS systems
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Highly responsible and reliable
