Mixologist - Aurom/Beverage Lab

Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
• Process all payment methods and manage end-of-shift bank counts and cashier reports
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
• Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance

Requirements

• Ability to follow company safety and security policies
• Strong communication skills using clear and professional language
• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team to reach common goals
