ML/AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models and AI/LLM-based solutions into production
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, versioning, and serving
• Develop and integrate agentic workflows and LLM-powered applications such as RAG systems
• Monitor model performance in production regarding drift, latency, cost, and quality
• Collaborate with data engineers to define requirements and ensure ML-ready datasets
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with cloud platforms including GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML) or Azure
• Experience with LLM APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) and agent frameworks
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
• Knowledge of CI/CD for ML pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Equity trading, investment, or financial domain expertise
• Experience designing multi-agent systems or complex orchestration workflows
• Track record of taking ML models from prototype to production at scale
• Experience with fine-tuning or custom model training
