About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models and AI/LLM-based solutions into production
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, versioning, and serving
- Develop and integrate agentic workflows and LLM-powered applications such as RAG systems
- Monitor model performance in production regarding drift, latency, cost, and quality
- Collaborate with data engineers to define requirements and ensure ML-ready datasets
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with cloud platforms including GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML) or Azure
- Experience with LLM APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) and agent frameworks
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
- Knowledge of CI/CD for ML pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Preferred Qualifications
- Equity trading, investment, or financial domain expertise
- Experience designing multi-agent systems or complex orchestration workflows
- Track record of taking ML models from prototype to production at scale
- Experience with fine-tuning or custom model training
