About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess and review native iOS and Android applications built with Swift and Kotlin
- Apply OWASP MASVS and MASTG to define security requirements and remediation priorities
- Assess secure local storage, Keychain, Keystore, and sensitive data handling
- Implement and test transport security, including certificate validation and pinning
- Evaluate tamper detection, jailbreak/root detection, and runtime protection controls
- Collaborate with API and backend teams on authentication and secure mobile communication
- Own mobile security controls for SC TRM and BNM RMiT, including audit support and vulnerability remediation
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3+ years in mobile development, mobile security, or mobile penetration testing
- Hands-on experience with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
- Practical knowledge of OWASP MASVS, MASTG, and mobile testing tools
- Experience with secure storage, certificate pinning, and mobile API security
- Ability to communicate findings and remediation steps to mobile developers
