About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and compatibility testing across Android and iOS devices
- Test gameplay mechanics, game economy, UI/UX, live events, monetization features, and backend integrations
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps using Jira
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases
- Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and producers to ensure quality expectations
- Validate game balance, player progression, and overall player experience
- Perform device compatibility and performance testing
- Test localization and support release validation and hotfix verification
- Contribute to improving QA processes, test cases, and documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional QA experience in free-to-play mobile games
- Experience testing multiplayer or real-time online games
- Experience testing Android and iOS applications across multiple devices
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and bug life cycles
- Experience using Jira for bug tracking and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with live operations, game economy, and monetization systems
- Experience using Android Studio, Xcode, ADB, or device profiling tools
- Basic understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and networking
- Experience with automated testing tools or scripting
- Familiarity with Unity-based games and workflows
