About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise buyers on mortgage eligibility, options, rates and fees
- Prepare and submit applications and follow up with banks until offer letters issue
- Build and maintain relationships with UAE bank and lender panels
- Support the sales team with early pre-qualification and finance advice
- Verify client documents under AML/KYC rules and keep CRM cases current
- Report weekly on pipeline, approvals, declines and conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business or related field
- 4+ years as a mortgage advisor or consultant in the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE mortgage rules for residents and non-residents
- Track record of closing high volumes of mortgage cases
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Valid UAE driving licence
Preferred Qualifications
- Luxury or off-plan developer sales experience
- Experience advising HNW and international buyers
- Arabic, Russian or other languages common among Dubai property buyers
- UAE mortgage advisory registration or certification
- CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
