About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire High Net Worth mortgage customers for the Bank
- Consistently exceed monthly KPI targets and achieve monthly sales targets
- Lead mortgage business development initiatives within targeted segments, real estate partners, and approved mortgage brokers
- Adhere to all KYC/AML policies as set out by the Bank
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts
- Participate in team activities including morning huddles, training, and coaching
- Follow market intelligence including internal needs and competitor activity
- Maintain professional, technical, and product knowledge through training and workshops
- Ensure business control requirements are adhered to in line with Bank policies
Requirements
- Fully accredited for selling mortgages and Islamic solutions
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in mortgage business development or real estate partnerships
- Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance standards
