Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide qualified telephone advice to customers who have submitted mortgage financing inquiries via our platforms (warm acquisition)
  • Conduct structured sales conversations including needs assessment, presentation of financing models, and professional objection handling
  • Accompany customers from initial contact to closing with a partner bank, ensuring high-quality advice
  • Work closely with banking partners to ensure efficient processing of financing requests

Requirements

  • Required expertise as a real estate loan intermediary according to § 34i GewO (e.g., completed training as a bank/real estate clerk or IHK certificate)
  • Several years of professional experience in mortgage financing consulting
  • High level of advisory competence and strong communication skills over the phone
  • Passion for real estate and financing topics
  • Ideally experience with Europace and/or Qualitypool tools
  • Native-level German language skills
  • Motivation to succeed in sales and achieve an attractive income
