- Provide qualified telephone consultation for mortgage financing inquiries (warm leads)
- Conduct structured sales conversations including needs assessment and objection handling
- Guide customers from initial contact to closing with partner banks
Requirements
- Certified real estate loan intermediary according to § 34i GewO
- Several years of professional experience in mortgage financing advisory
- Native-level German language skills
