Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Design engaging motion graphics for leading global brands across various formats
• Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with high attention to detail, on time and budget
• Support creative leads to help customers achieve goals through design
• Take ownership of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations
• Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements
• Work on interactive motion projects to push limits of storytelling

Requirements

• BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise
• Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations
• Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative tech
• Knowledge of working with UI design systems
• Understanding of HTML5 is preferred
