Multi-Property Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential owners by telephone to set up preview package sales and tours
• Encourage guests and callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales and tours
• Verify eligibility requirements before scheduling tours for Marriott vacation club properties
• Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage
• Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing, including filing, email, typing and faxing
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
