Multi Property Assistant Sales Manager, Leisure

Responsibilities

• Drive top line revenue by adhering to sales strategy guidelines
• Proactively identify, qualify, and solicit new business to achieve revenue goals
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through site inspections and sales calls
• Manage guest room and meeting space inventories
• Respond to incoming inquiries in a timely manner
• Create sales contracts and manage customer budgets
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
• Conduct regular rate channel checks and prepare productivity reports

Requirements

• 1+ years of progressive sales experience
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or luxury brands preferred
• Strong negotiating and creative selling abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA Sales & Catering
• Ability to conduct internet research and meet prospecting goals
• Strong verbal, listening, and writing communication skills
• Problem-solving and relationship management skills
