Multi-Property Payroll and General Cashier Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings and documents for accuracy
• Organize, secure and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents per company policy
• Record, store and analyze computerized financial information
• Prepare, maintain, audit and distribute payroll, accounting and financial reports
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
• Prepare, review and reconcile bills, invoices and account statements
• Follow up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
• Coordinate with other departments and assign work to meet quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Move, lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds
