About the role
Responsibilities
- Order and receive food, beverage and controllable items per business needs
- Maintain inventory controls, storeroom rotation and period-end inventory
- Formulate and manage the approved vendors list across categories
- Review invoices, reconcile goods received and maintain cost logs
- Support Executive Chef on purchasing, food cost and budget targets
- Prepare reports and audits on purchasing and financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or 2 years purchasing experience
- Computer skills for costing and invoice processing
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
