Multi Property Sales Executive - Corporate

Responsibilities

• Build department top-line revenue by adhering to sales strategy guidelines
• Identify revenue opportunities based on client profiles and maximize customer budgets
• Proactively solicit and target corporate companies in the local area to achieve revenue goals
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers through sales calls and site inspections
• Manage the SFA sales process and mentor others in the area
• Coordinate event details with internal and external customers to ensure high guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular competition checks on corporate business and meetings/events
• Prepare productivity reports and attend weekly strategy meetings

Requirements

• Proven ability in proactive selling and account saturation
• Experience in corporate sales and revenue management
• Ability to create sales contracts and comprehend financial budgets
• Strong communication skills for coordinating event details and handling guest feedback
