About the role
Responsibilities
- Accountable for assigned hotels' respective leisure/wholesale segment
- Develop and execute leisure segment strategy and action plans for target accounts
- Proactively solicit and handle a defined account portfolio
- Maintain long-term, value-based customer relationships to exceed sales objectives
- Attend domestic and global leisure tradeshows, conferences, and industry meetings
- Plan and execute national and international sales trips, site inspections, and client entertainments
- Identify and acquire new prospect accounts through various channels and sales tools
- Monitor rate alignment across wholesale channels to ensure rate parity
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue departments to drive performance and exposure
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Additional EU language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian)
- Experience within luxury hotel chains or 5-star luxury properties
- Substantial knowledge and established network within leisure/wholesale sales segment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Leisure Travel
- Proven prospecting and luxury business development abilities
- Middle East or UAE experience preferred
