About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the social media strategy
- Engage with followers, respond to queries and monitor customer reviews
- Assist the Social Media Manager and Content Creator with posts and stories for Facebook and Instagram
- Coordinate content shoots, social media campaigns, scheduling and content calendars
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using Sprinklr and Meta
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with influencers to build a strong network
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
