Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models in Nahuatl across a wide range of topics
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Challenge models on contextual interpretation, tone, and dialectical distinctions

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Nahuatl, including regional dialects and phonetics
• Deep understanding of syntax, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuances
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and documentation
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, or language documentation
• Experience in community work related to indigenous languages
