Navigation Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert during client interactions, including high-stakes pitch meetings and finalist discussions
• Support the proposals team by contributing to RFP responses
• Collaborate with Navigation and Unity delivery leadership to maintain knowledge of evolving service models
• Conduct interactive workshops with clients to identify needs and propose actionable plans
• Design impactful client demos to showcase the value of Navigation solutions
• Act as a conduit between product marketing and sales enablement to ensure cohesive messaging
• Provide clinical and technical leadership throughout the client lifecycle
• Gather client feedback to ensure alignment with market trends and product offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in Navigation solutions or healthcare IT
• Expertise in Navigation operations and strategic application
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills for leading client-facing discussions
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-level healthcare solutions and interoperability frameworks
• Familiarity with Rightway's product offerings
• Clinical background, preferably as a Registered Nurse
