About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from Finance and write clear specifications with acceptance criteria
- Manage the Jira backlog and coordinate delivery with developers
- Configure custom fields, records, forms and SuiteFlow workflows
- Manage users, roles and permissions across subsidiaries
- Handle CSV imports, mass updates and master data quality
- Build Advanced PDF/HTML templates for invoices, credit memos and statements
- Test customizations and releases in Sandbox and coordinate UAT with Finance
- Support users, troubleshoot issues and document changes
Requirements
- Experience administering ERP, CRM or other business systems such as NetSuite
- Comfortable configuring fields, forms, reports and workflows
- Understanding of data models and record relationships
- Clear technical specification writing
- Basic HTML/CSS skills
- English at B2 level or above
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite experience or certification
- Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL or integrations
- Experience in business analysis or project coordination
